What I quickly learned is that many of the gifts men truly desire are things they’d rather pick out for themselves. That said, beyond the dream gifts, after years of gifting the classic go-to items like deodorant (hello, Lynx), it seems many men have grown accustomed to appreciating practical items—things like t-shirts, hats, or socks. Essentials they need but wouldn’t always think to buy for themselves.
