The only gym-wear I swear by. It feels like a second skin. Perfect for running, lifting, and any form of cardio. Squat proof, provides the perfect sculpt and keeps everything tight. I have 3 so far and I will be getting every colour! Once you start you can't stop.

3. Random: A Short Torso/ Small Waist hack for the girls!
The hack is getting men's trousers tailored! I recently tailored a pair of Zara Men's Cargos. The best thing I've ever done. If you're like me and have a short torso, long legs, small waist, wider hips and/or a bigger bum. Try this for the perfect fitting trousers. I find I don't fit in any category, tall, shape, high-waist. This was the perfect solution to my problem!
4. A Make Up/Skincare Item: Caudalie SPF 50
A holiday/summer snatch, didn't react with my sensitive skin and adds to your overall body glow. Sun protection is extremely important, to avoid diseases, hyperpigmentation and damage to your skin barrier. Invest in this!
5. A Hair-Care Item: Towelling Headband
Not alot of words for this other than it's a fresh hair day saviour! We've all had new hair and had to wash our face carefully. Well with this forget all that. This will keep your hair from water and keep your new hair fresh!
6. A track: Love Me Jeje by Tems
IF NOT YOU THEN I DON'T WANNA KNOWWWWW!!!! so much love in this song. It's like a warm hug of happy memories. Tems you've done it again! On repeat.
